designer statement
I am a graphic designer working across print, digital, and physical formats, with a practice rooted in process, material awareness, and experimentation. My work is shaped by years of drawing, writing, photography, and making—each medium informing how I approach visual communication today.
I design with intention, beginning with context and working backward through research, iteration, and refinement. For me, design is not just about outcomes, but about how ideas evolve through time, material, and use.
focus + interest
I am particularly interested in design that intersects with community, healthcare, education, and lived experience. I believe passion is visible in the work itself, and I aim to create projects that feel intentional, thoughtful, and relevant to the people they serve.
I am open to interdisciplinary collaboration and view design as a flexible tool that can adapt across industries, formats, and scales.
design philosophy
I believe effective design begins with understanding the medium and the space it will live in—scale, material, audience, and intention all inform my decisions. Whether designing for print, screen, or installation, I prioritize clarity and purpose while remaining open to experimentation.
I approach projects by working backward from the final experience, allowing research and process to guide form. Iteration is central to my practice, and I view design as an evolving conversation rather than a fixed solution.
moving forward
My work reflects where I have been, where I am now, and where I am willing to go. I design to grow, to question, and to contribute—continuously building on what I know while remaining open to what comes next.
process + experimentation
My process values exploration as much as execution. I use sketching, testing, and iteration to push ideas beyond their first solution. I view mistakes as necessary tools—each one revealing new directions and deeper understanding.
I actively resist stagnation in my work by challenging familiar patterns and embracing new methods, materials, and perspectives. Growth, for me, is a continuous practice rather than a final destination.
What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.
